Kate is an Arizona-based artist whose work explores identity, feeling, and perspective. Each piece begins with something lived, an experience, a moment, or something felt, and is translated into something that can be experienced by others.
There is no single style or medium. Each piece takes the form it needs, whether through painting, drawing, or mixed media. The focus is not on the medium itself, but on what it allows to be expressed.
Kate's Story
Where it began.
I started drawing as soon as I was old enough to hold a pencil. I grew up in a creative family that always encouraged and inspired me to create. My style is always growing and expanding as I explore different mediums, but I have a special love for painting and mixed media.
